Il vino rosso "Genio in Saus und Braus" è ottenuto da uve resistenti. Affinato per 12 mesi in barriques di legno rovere. Le viti sono coltivate a Guyot, accanto alla Riserva Naturale. Si nutrono di acqua, minerali e sostanze trasportate dalle alluvioni presenti nella falda del fiume e dalla risorgiva dell'altopiano carsico, conferendogli un terroir unico e inconfondibile.
