Le nostre susine bianche vengono raccolte nel frutteto di Maccari al giusto punto di maturazione e lavorate artigianalmente nel nostro laboratorio. Utilizziamo poco zucchero, esclusivamente d’uva, e aggiungiamo il nostro zafferano biologico, che dona alla confettura una delicata nota aromatica. Perfetta con formaggi freschi e di media stagionatura, ma anche su pane tostato, yogurt, crostate e carni bianche.
